Full Management Service
Initial Letting Fee  – £240 inc VAT
Re-let Fee – £180 inc VAT
Monthly Management Fee  – 10% + VAT of gross rent

Tenant Find Only

Tenant Find Service Letting Fee – £418.00 inc VAT

Additional
Inventory (Check in & out) – £120 inc VAT
DPS Hold Fee – £30 inc VAT
Energy Performance Certificate – £75 (VAT not applicable)
Gas Safety Certificate – £70 (VAT not applicable)
Electrical Inspections – Quote upon request
Tenancy Referencing – £25 inc VAT

Tenant Charges
Pet Fee – £10 per calendar month increase of rent
Changes to AST agreement during fixed term – £50 inc VAT
Early termination within a fixed term AST agreement –
Re-let fee to landlord, Right to rent checks for new tenant found, and Shortfall in rent

All bonds are held in a custodial scheme with the DPS
We are members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme
